Our 30 Days FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy covers the following reasons, and if you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.
- Defective/damaged/non-functional items.

- Incorrect/mismatched sizes.
- Lost/missing items.
No Refund and replacement
Our 30-day Refund & Replacement Policy does not cover the following reasons, and we are not liable for these issues:
- Requests for a refund or replacement made after 30 days from the date of product delivery.
- Cases where the customer has selected the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance on the customer's part.
- Items that have been washed, worn, soiled, or damaged as a result of the customer's handling.
- Personal reasons such as changes in personal taste, change of mind, etc.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional period..

- Improper care, damages in use.
Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
