Completely wrong size and terrible quality

My hoodie turned up today...
That's the end of the good news.
Firstly, I made the mistake of trusting the dubiously named 'Size Chart' provided.
I even took the "5% deviation" into account.
The Chart indicated that a size XL would suffice for my 48" chest.
It didn't, of course. Nowhere near it, infact.
In fact the XL is a 44" at best!(more like a 42).
This take neatly into the next problem.
Namely, that there is absolutely ZERO give or stetchyness to the material used!
It is cheap, rigid and so Shiny that it appears to be a vinyl sheen.
The vendor hasn't taken ANY care in providing the hoodie that I have paid for. In fact, with the way it's packed and lack of credible labeling, it appears to be a cheap, reconstituted, one-time-only novelty costume garment as opposed to the near $50 hoodie (at checkout).
If I ever get any feedback on this review, we are so near the fouth of July that a back and forth about me paying even more money to rectify this leaves a huge, sour taste in my mouth.
If you're reading this review, and it's not just deleted by the vendor, then be warned that the size Chart is 2 sizes too small and you won't the quality of the hoodie if it fits.
Please do not waste your money.
