We love creating shirts for groups, friends, families and holidays. Please reach out if you're looking for something specific that we don't offer. Our adult t-shirts are Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex shirts, unless otherwise noted on size charts. All t-shirt colors with "heather" in the name are 50/50 polyester/cotton, with the exception of black heather and athletic heather, which are 90/10. All other solid colors are 100% ringspun pre-shrunk cotton. They are a soft, thin and lightweight fabric- these are NOT heavy cotton shirts, but are very light- as such, the lighter colors may be slightly see through when held up to bright light. Our sweatshirts and hoodies are Gildan medium weight fabric. They are 50/50. Are product are unisex sizing. I typically would recommend for WOMEN TO SIZE DOWN ONE SIZE due to the unisex sizing, but it's important to check out the included size chart to compare with a favorite shirt already in your possession, as everyone prefers a different fit. Please lay a garment already in your possession flat and measure from side to side right under the armpits. Shirts may have up to a +/-1 inch variance when compared with measurements on the sizing chart, as with most garments- this is pretty standard for the clothing industry. We utilize a variety of printers in the United States to print our shirts for us, using a technique called DTG printing (direct to garment). This is different than a typical HTV (heat transfer vinyl), and will look a little different than what you're used to if you've only seen HTVs on shirts that you've ordered through Etsy. The shirts are printed with water based inks, and are made to order, so that is why we have a no return/exchange policy. We do, however, replace shirts that may be misprinted or otherwise damaged upon arrival, so please let us know about any issues before leaving any reviews so we can take care of you! Shirt colors may appear slightly different on different computer screens. We strive our best to give you the most accurate pictures of shirt colors. We apologize if they look slightly different in real life. Our current turnaround time for getting products out is typically about 1-5 business days, but this may change as holidays approach. This does NOT include shipping. Every once in a while we will be out of a certain color or size and need to get more from our supplier, if that is the case it can take a little longer to get out to you, but we do touch base with customers to let them know if this is the case. We will contact you on your fulfillment "date" if your order will be taking a few days longer. Please follow wash guidelines on the tag of shirt. Wash inside out to keep the image in superb condition.

When will my items be shipped?

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the timeframe below.
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-3 days or more.

We know that you want the lowest prices possible so we do not pad our product prices with hidden shipping expenses. We never mark up shipping costs and our rates to you are often below our actual shipping cost. This results in lower total costs for you.

Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

Incorrect address
Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
Severe weather conditions
International customs procedures

I never received my package, what should I do?

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.

For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.
Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

International buyers – What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.
